You've missed a few developments, but yes, she started to stop disliking them. A bit. Mostly because of Aseph. It's a long story really.

She's still very much confused about it all and can grow suspicious of 'the blackies' rather quick, but the open hostility has ended.

Well, the House doesn't employ men in that specific branch of the organisation. It is assumed that a woman can simply point at a random man and say "You, me, let's go" and get what she needs without spending anything, therefor it would not be very lucrative
